Questionnaire

A friend from New York sent this via email this week. I chewed her out for sending an impersonal questionnaire after months of not talking to her! But still, it seemed like a good way to formulate a blog post without any actual work. Rather than sending it via email I want all my readers to post it on their own blogs and answer the questions if they are so inclined. Maybe we will get Shando to answer it, that might be interesting. Shando has a way of making even a boring quiz, interesting.
